Kinusaya and aburaage
1. Put 500cc of water and soup stock in a pan, and when it boils, simmer for about 5 minutes.
2.Cut the silk pods into thin strips and chop the fried tofu into small pieces.
3.Heat the soup stock, add fried tofu and silk pods, add 4 tablespoons of miso. After boiling, serve in a bowl.
